Jonas Creative founder Jason Moody brings over 14 years of experience to the Nashville-based strategy and design consultancy. He has worked with diverse list of B2B and B2C organizations in market sectors including home décor, nonprofits, banking, hospitality and commercial furnishings to build impactful, award-winning brand solutions.

Prior to launching this new venture, Jason worked in a variety of creative thought leadership roles in consulting, agency and in-house capacities. After spending ten years working in web development, trend research and leading product design efforts for Atlanta area firm Grant Design Collaborative, he moved on to several years as Creative Director for international luxury decor manufacturer, Jaipur Rugs. There, he spearheaded all print and digital branding initiatives as well as managing design and launch for various product collections.

More recently, he has worked with smaller businesses in defining their brand voice and as a marketing strategy consultant for home décor brand Surya. The role involved campaign development, extensive copywriting, PR responsibilities, showroom design and day-to-day art direction for the company’s graphic design team. He graduated with honors from Western Kentucky University, completing a BS in Computer Information Systems and BA in History and Government. Jason is scheduled to complete Duke University’s post-graduate Digital Media and Marketing certification program in Summer 2015. The curriculum places emphasis on best practices in SEO, social media, mobile and content marketing.
